Vuelta Stage Report: After strong lead-outs from first Movistar and then Trek-Segafredo, it was triple Vuelta a Espaa winner, Primo Rogli, who was first to swoop across the finish line in Laguardia ahead of Mads Pedersen and Enric Mas.
