Roubaix Race Report: The second women’s Paris-Roubaix was won by Elisa Longo Borghini (Trek-Segafredo). The Italian champion finished solo on the Vlodrome Andr Ptrieux in Roubaix, after attacking more than thirty kilometres from the line.
